Höhenluft – Mountain Air, installation view Galerie Christine König, Wien
Mock-up, app. 400 x 220 x 400cm, cardboard, wood, steel
drawings, mixed media on paper, 29,7 x 21cm
The exit to the cellar and warehouse of the gallery is built over with an abstract walk-on mock-up of a mountain made of cardboard. This serves as a vantage point to overlook drawings in the room that were created in cooperation between Almut Rink and Barbara Eichhorn.

HÖHENLUFT
MOUNTAIN AIR
Exhibition with several installations and drawings, 2004, Christine König Galerie Wien
with Barbara Eichhorn
A view of the Alpine landscape: the mountain as an accessible model is the image for the construction. The beholder moves within a preconfigured system in which all standpoints have been predetermined.
